I’m Alex, I am a Nutritional Therapist, Yoga Teacher and Holistic Health practitioner and
I help people to regain their health, heal their bodies and live radiantly.

Like you I struggled with health complications for many years.
Which, after going down traditional health interventions left me in pain and with digestive complaints, skin problems,
hormone and mood imbalances, fatigue and severe infection following multiple surgeries.
So, seven years ago I decided to follow my gut and explore other paths to regaining my health and I haven’t looked back.

I am here to guide you on this journey and help you regain your health path.
